Five-step process
- Step 1 · Entry: choose the partner organization, service type, patient ID (fictional), and professional in charge; choose the entry method (A: upload the prescription for manual transcription / B: fill in yourself + upload the original)
- Step 2 · Prescription & lens configuration: enter SPH / CYL / AXIS separately for each eye; monocular PD (PD-OD / PD-OS); lens type, refractive index, coating. Scenarios such as progressive / bifocal, edging to frame, free-form, and rimless show their corresponding conditional fields
- Step 3 · Frame outline: platform-selected or customer-supplied frame; supplied frames need multi-angle photos + receiving inspection; edging to frame needs A / B / DBL / ED measurements and the outline file
- Step 4 · Confirmation: a pre-submission check screen — original preview on the left, parameter summary on the right; missing items are marked red, and the order can only be saved as a draft or moved to "information to complete"
- Step 5 · Submitted: an order tracking number is generated; the customer confirms the product / documents / shipping addresses / quote; the professional confirms the processing requirements

The first beta form is being configured (Hulk Form Builder free edition, supporting multi-step / conditional fields / file upload).
Before the form goes live, please submit orders via online support; operations will enter them manually.
Data standards summary
- Three-layer structure: original documents (kept independently, never overwritten) + order parameters (7 metadata items) + confirmation records (three confirmations: submitter / customer / professional)
- Five prohibitions: never guess missing values, never auto-copy between eyes, never average-split the PD, never estimate fitting height from photos, never convert or alter the prescription on your own
- Required-field rules: approved by Xuan per specific product; the beta rehearses with standard single-vision first, and real order-taking follows the version approved by Xuan
