Platform Positioning
CRX = a goods-rights trading market. CRX is a commodity ownership trading market. Ownership and disposal rights of goods transfer under platform rules: who may sell, what may be sold, and on what terms are all governed by authorization and verification records.
CAM = matching customer demand to suppliers and manufacturers through AI. CAM uses AI to match customer demand to suppliers and manufacturers — matching what buyers need (category, quantity, budget, region, delivery method) to the right supply side, cutting sourcing and coordination costs.
Platform Roles
- CRXCAM — back-office operations. CRXCAM — back-office operations: customer & supplier records, demand collection, sourcing management, AI matching, distribution & referrals, share attribution, and commission management.
- CradiMarket — public display and trading. CradiMarket — public display & trading, following the four phases: ① Publish / Browse (Free) → ② Verification → ③ Auction → ④ Transaction / Delivery, Fulfillment & After-sales.
Unified Customer Entry
CradiMarket is the single public entry point, progressively unifying accounts, products, orders, and workspaces. Buyers and sellers enter through the same entry and use features according to their permissions; share links open the product or auction detail directly and preserve distribution attribution.
Note: account unification and share attribution are being connected progressively. Share links are currently plain links without attribution parameters; once connected, attribution parameters will travel with the link and be recorded in distribution records.
Build Checklist
Already connected (usable now):
- Public display: auction list, product details, region / category filters, share-link copying (guests may browse without logging in).
- Seller publishing intake: publish form → preview → email submission to the admin mailbox → manual content & format check → public display.
- Customer registration intake: customer tags & needs registration form → preview → email submission; needs subscription registration.
- Recommendation matching display: the "Recommended for You" matcher (store type + region + delivery preference), shown factor by factor.
- Rules & authorization: the Help Center (58 Q&As), the authorization template, and the manual review process.
- Spot fixed-price checkout: platform-owned spot stock purchases normally through Shopify checkout, with no overselling (DENY).
Still to connect (stated as-is):
- Unified accounts: buyers and sellers log in at one entry and use features by permission; accounts, products, orders, and workspaces connected.
- Share attribution: share links carry attribution parameters; distribution records and commission ownership are booked automatically.
- CRXCAM back office: customer & supplier files, needs collection, supply management, AI matching, distribution growth, commission management.
- Auction trading functions: automatic price drops, floor enforcement, quantity enforcement by pack multiples, buyout, verification & deposit checks, auction payment / pending settlement / payout, refund & dispute automation, automatic commission calculation, third-party verification.
- Message push: email / SMS push (subscription registration open; once connected, sent only to customers who agreed).
Next steps:
- Complete the current trial-auction acceptance and small-scale launch (this round: verify list, details, forms, and matching display; auction trading functions that have not passed are display-only for now).
- Connect unified accounts and workspaces: one entry, use by permission; accounts, products, orders, and workspaces linked.
- Connect the CRXCAM back office step by step: files → needs → supply → AI matching → share attribution → commission management.
- Connect auction trading functions module by module, verifying each as it connects; open the corresponding trial auctions only after verification passes.
Existing sections and completed work are reused; no duplicate construction. Connected features are open for normal use; unconnected features are stated as-is.
Auction Acceptance Status
The auction has not started. The auction has not started. Regular spot checkout is at the current fixed price and is not part of the auction; a working spot checkout does not count as auction acceptance. Unverified third-party listings are display-only, with no purchase entry, and may not bypass transaction verification through regular checkout.
Auction Parameter Confirmation
- Dog crate (first product):Starting price $80 (original, confirmed); minimum accepted price $35 (confirmed). The $100 and $1/hour figures are pending-confirmation parameters; no price drops have started. Packaging: 1 per case, 10 per pallet; total stock 90 units, 70 offered this session. / Dog crate (first product): starting price $80 (original, confirmed); floor $35 (confirmed). The $100 and $1/hour shown in earlier reports are pending confirmation; no price drops have started.
- E-bike:The previously reported $350 start, $5/hour drops, and $180 floor are all pending source verification and are not confirmed parameters; no price drops have started. Total stock 280 units, 200 offered this session. / E-bike: previously reported $350 / $5 per hour / $180 floor are all pending source verification, not confirmed; no price drops have started.
- Work light (LED):Starting price $26/unit, drops of $0.40/unit per hour, floor $4.90/unit (given by the user on 2026-10-17); 120 offered this session, total stock 7,000 (Shopify records), 1 case = 30 units. The auction entry is a draft — unpublished, not started. / Work light (LED): start $26/unit, drop $0.40/unit/hour, floor $4.90/unit (provided by user 2026-10-17); session 120 units; total 7,000 units (Shopify record); 30 units/carton. Auction entry is a draft, unpublished, not started.
Quantity Rules
Packaging quantity, minimum purchase quantity, and purchase multiples are stored separately. The dog crate supports single-unit and full-pallet delivery: multiples are 1 for single, 10 for pallet; 10/pallet must not be treated as the minimum for all orders. The inapplicable Min 12 control and conflicting quantity selectors on product pages are to be removed; quantity rules are enforced at cart and checkout by the auction service.
Inventory Control
Total inventory and session allocation are controlled separately. DENY only limits total inventory; auction orders must not exceed the session allocation and must deduct in sync with regular spot sales. Implementation: the auction service keeps the session allocation ledger with atomic deductions; spot sales deduct from total inventory and sync to the auction service; both are validated separately.
Sales Units & Single-Piece Auction
Sellers choose the sales unit: piece, pack, case, or pallet, each with its own minimum purchase quantity and purchase multiples. Single-piece auctions coexist with case and pallet auctions.
Price-drop rule (platform-wide, updated 2026-10-17, replacing the former fixed-step rule): Uniform price-drop rule: each step drops 4% of the current price (next price = current × 0.96, two decimals); interval 25 minutes per step, uniform across all SKUs; stop at the floor (cost × 1.4), never below; step count = steps from start price by × 0.96 until ≤ floor, rounded up. Single-piece and case-start SKUs share the same rule.
Single-piece auction opening conditions: Single-piece auctions open only after the supplier confirms support for split-quantity sale, packaging, shipping, and after-sales. Unconfirmed products do not get single-piece auctions. Inapplicable Min 12 controls and conflicting quantity selectors are removed when single-piece opens for that product.
Product page display: Product pages show: current unit price, next-drop countdown, remaining quantity, shipping, estimated ship time, and pickup location. Multiple buyers may buy separately from the same stock, each at their confirmed real-time price; remaining stock keeps dropping until sold out. Full-batch buyout is opened separately by the seller.
Transaction execution: Verification and deposit thresholds still apply, with minimal steps. Transaction price, inventory holds, payment deadlines, timeout release, and duplicate-request handling are all executed by the backend.
Out-of-State Pickup Points (Next-Stage Extension, Not Live)
Reserved feature: store address, hours, service area, local inventory, appointment pickup, verification voucher, and after-sales contact. Pickup points may link to a supply warehouse, distinguishing “local stock ready for pickup” from “transfer required before pickup.” Distribution commission, store pickup service fees, and after-sales responsibility are recorded separately; standards to be determined. Houston is a planning example only, not shown as a live network point.

Registration & Accounts
Q01 Who can register?
Buyers, suppliers, owners, and intermediaries can all register. One unified account can apply for buying, sourcing publication, promotion, and other permissions; each permission is granted separately based on review results.
Q02 Can I browse and share without registering?
Public listings and rules can be browsed and shared. Publishing information, submitting authorization, paying deposits, bidding, closing deals, pickup, and claiming commissions require login. Features that are not live must not be shown as available.
Q03 Can one account both buy and sell?
Yes. Buyer eligibility, publication eligibility, sales authorization, and payment eligibility are reviewed separately; approval of one does not automatically grant the others.
Q04 Can I receive payments or publish auctions right after registering?
No. Registration only creates an account; publishing auctions and seller settlement also require identity, sourcing, and payment-service reviews.
Q05 What should I see in the dashboard?
Buyers see followed batches, deposits, bids, orders, pickup, and disputes; suppliers see authorization, sourcing, inventory, delivery, and settlement; intermediaries see mandates, promo links, attributed orders, and commissions.
Sourcing & Intermediary Authorization
Q06 Can an intermediary publish someone else's goods?
Yes, but they must state the true owner, obtain a valid Authorization for Sourcing Publication & Sales, and pass platform review. Unauthorized information may be saved as a pending lead and must not enter bidding or payment.
Q07 Who fills in and signs the authorization?
The intermediary submits the materials; the owner reviews and signs, and the intermediary also signs acceptance. If the owner is a company, a representative with proper authority signs and states their title and basis of authority. The intermediary cannot confirm on the owner's behalf.
Q08 What must the authorization include?
Owner and intermediary identities, sourcing batch, products and condition, saleable quantity, warehouse location, ownership or disposal basis, authorization scope, price approval authority, validity period, delivery and after-sales responsibility, commission arrangement, revocation and handling of incomplete orders, and signatures and dates from both parties.
Q09 Can I upload a signed paper document or use e-signature?
Yes. Upload a clear and complete signed document, or complete an e-signature flow that records signing intent, identity verification, document version, and time. Both parties can download and keep the final document; uploading only a signature image does not equal completed authorization verification.
Q10 Does publication authorization equal authorization to cut prices and collect payments?
No. Publication, promotion, accepting inquiries, agreeing to auctions, approving prices, signing closing contracts, and collecting payments must be granted separately by checkbox; ungranted permissions are not acquired automatically.
Q11 Can multiple intermediaries share the same batch?
Yes, but only one valid inventory batch is created. Different intermediaries use their own promo links to record attribution, without duplicating inventory. Attribution conflicts among multiple parties are handled under the rules published before closing and the records kept.
Q12 What happens if authorization expires, inventory changes, or the owner revokes authorization?
Pause new bidding or holds, update the information, and notify the relevant parties. Completed orders are handled under the agreement in effect at the time; revoking authorization cannot unilaterally cancel liabilities already incurred.
Merchant & Sourcing Verification
Q13 What does the platform review?
Merchant identity, sourcing disposal rights or mandates, batch materials, inventory, and applicable product documents are verified separately. Where needed, the platform may ask for purchase receipts, warehouse proof, current photos, or inspection records.
Q14 Does verified identity mean all product quality is guaranteed?
No. The page shows verified items, scope, and dates separately. Verification conclusions for identity, authorization, inventory, and test documents cannot substitute for one another.
Q15 What must a sourcing page display?
Batch number, category, condition, total quantity and sales unit, quantity per case/pallet, photos and photo dates, state and city, delivery method, known defects, fees, acceptance rules, and a contact entry. Unknown parameters must not be invented.
Q16 Can new, open-box, and returned/refurbished goods be sold mixed?
They must be labeled separately and managed in separate batches. Refurbished goods must disclose source, inspection scope, grade, and after-sales terms; real condition must not be hidden behind new-product photos or copy.
Q17 What if product certification, authenticity, or brand authorization is unclear?
It must not be written as certified, authentic-authorized, or official agent. Goods requiring such materials are paused from trading until documents are verified; providing documents does not automatically mean the platform has verified them.
Q18 What if duplicate, false, or expired sourcing is found?
Buyers can report by batch. The platform first restricts related trading and investigates, preserving evidence; based on results it corrects, delists, suspends permissions, or handles existing orders. Major disputes cannot be closed merely by deleting a page.
Deposits & Bidding Eligibility
Q19 Can I bid without a deposit?
You can browse, but the system only accepts a bid when the account meets bidding conditions and the deposit for that batch is valid and sufficient. Deposit rules must be shown before registration and payment.
Q20 How much is the deposit?
Per the amount or calculation method published for that batch. A platform-wide fixed ratio has not been determined, and pages must not present one as an effective uniform ratio. Before bidding, you must be able to see the actual requirement for that batch.
Q21 What is the difference between a deposit and the order payment?
The deposit secures performance; the payment pays for the goods won. Whether the deposit offsets the price after winning and how the balance is paid must be written clearly in that batch's rules; the same amount must not be charged twice.
Q22 Can one deposit hold multiple auction slots at once?
An already-committed amount cannot be reused. The system records available, committed, and refund-processing states; to join another auction you must still have enough available amount.
Q23 Is the deposit released right away after someone outbids me?
Per the release rules published for that auction in advance. Whether the hold is released immediately depends on the bidding mechanism; when you did not win and have no other obligations, it should be released under the published process, not held without reason for a long time.
Q24 What if I paid the deposit but the page did not update?
Check the payment record and submit it for platform verification. The payment service's confirmation result governs; a payment screenshot cannot replace arrival confirmation, and bidding eligibility must not be opened on your own while verification is pending.
Q25 How are refunds handled for no win, no sale, or seller cancellation?
When no other obligation exists, the hold is released or the payment is refunded via the original route under the batch rules and payment-channel process. Refund time limits and possible fees should be disclosed in advance; do not promise unverified instant arrival.
Q26 Is the full deposit automatically forfeited on breach?
No automatic full forfeiture without clearly agreed terms and review. The platform preserves evidence, notifies both parties, and handles the matter under the disclosed and applicable terms; you may apply for review.
Bidding & Closing
Q27 What is the difference between Buy Now, starting price, and reserve price?
The starting price is the first acceptable bid; the reserve price is the seller's minimum condition for closing; a Buy Now price is a price at which you can buy directly. The page must state clearly which mechanism applies; they must not be mixed.
Q28 How do I confirm whether I am buying a single item, a case, or a pallet?
Next to the bid button, the closing unit, quantity per unit, and total price must all be shown together. When a per-piece reference price is shown, the actual minimum order unit and the full batch amount payable must also be highlighted.
Q29 Can I withdraw a bid?
A valid bid carries the corresponding binding effect under the rules accepted before bidding. Obvious operating errors, account misuse, or system anomalies go through the appeal process; the platform cannot offer unrecorded, arbitrary price changes or withdrawals.
Q30 Does the auction always close when it ends?
Under the closing conditions published for that batch, e.g., reserve price, highest valid bid, and system confirmation. If conditions are not met, the page shows no sale or pending confirmation, not paid or closed/hold.
Q31 When do I pay after winning?
The system sends the order and the payment deadline; pay the balance and disclosed fees within the period published for that batch in advance. Auctions whose deadline has not been configured must not open real bidding.
Q32 Can the seller raise the price, swap goods, or resell after winning?
No unilateral change to confirmed goods, quantity, condition, or price, and no resale of locked inventory. If a change is truly needed, first handle mutual agreement and order records; the buyer keeps the corresponding remedies.
Payments & Order Funds
Q33 Who receives the payment?
Per the contract seller, receiving entity, and payment service stated on the order. These should be shown clearly before payment; do not pay to an unverified or last-minute-changed personal account.
Q34 What does “pending settlement funds” mean?
It means the order has been paid but the conditions for settling to the seller have not yet been met. The actual money path follows the approved payment solution; a backend number alone does not mean the funds have legal escrow protection.
Q35 Will the buyer be charged again automatically if they do not sign?
For prepaid-in-full orders, expiry of the acceptance period triggers automatic confirmation and settlement, not another charge to the buyer. Any additional charge needs a clear basis and necessary authorization.
Q36 Can goods ship or be picked up before payment arrival is confirmed?
Delivery must not rely on a transfer screenshot alone. Only after the payment status meets the order's delivery conditions does the platform generate a valid shipping or pickup instruction.
Q37 Does the payment equal the platform commission?
No. Payment, deposit, platform fees, promo commissions, shipping, and taxes are recorded separately, with the payable breakdown shown before payment.
Shipping & Warehouse Pickup
Q38 What is the complete post-closing flow?
Valid closing → time-limited payment → payment confirmation and inventory lock → delivery instruction → seller ships or buyer picks up → delivery evidence recorded → buyer acceptance or dispute handling → settlement and commission split → review.
Q39 When does the seller ship?
Per the order's agreed deadline, uploading batch, quantity, packaging, waybill, or carrier records. If delivery on time is impossible, notify promptly and handle extension agreement or refund through the applicable process.
Q40 What do I bring for pickup?
Appointment info, order number, valid pickup code, and identity verification materials. To authorize a driver or another person to pick up, submit pickup authorization in advance; pickup codes must not be placed on public share pages.
Q41 What is checked at warehouse handover?
Check order batch, piece/case/pallet quantities, visible condition, and necessary serial numbers; record photos and loading and handover times; confirmed by the buyer or authorized pickup person. Acceptance of visible condition does not waive rights to hidden defects or other rights enjoyed by law.
Q42 What if the buyer does not pick up on time?
Handle per the disclosed pickup deadline, reminders, extension, and possible storage-fee rules. Without actual delivery, the order cannot be shown as received and paid out merely because of timeout.
Q43 How are multi-warehouse or split shipments confirmed?
Each delivery batch records quantity and delivery evidence separately; the acceptance countdown starts on the actually delivered portion; the undelivered portion cannot be confirmed or settled early.
Acceptance & Timeout Confirmation
Q44 When does the buyer's acceptance clock start?
For out-of-state shipping, from valid delivery and necessary delivery evidence; for pickup, from actual handover. The normal countdown does not start while awaiting shipment, during shipping exceptions, or when delivery cannot be proven.
Q45 How long is the acceptance period?
Per the order rules shown and accepted before payment. Three business days after out-of-state delivery is a proposed first-phase parameter; the formal period must be configured, made effective, and clearly notified before it can be used for automatic processing.
Q46 What if the buyer does not click confirm?
When delivery evidence is complete, notice has been given, the acceptance period has expired, and no unresolved dispute exists, the system auto-confirms under the pre-accepted rules and moves to settlement; the seller clicking “complete” alone cannot directly trigger payout.
Q47 Will there be reminders before auto-confirmation?
At delivery, the acceptance deadline should be communicated, with a further reminder before the deadline, plus entries to confirm receipt and report issues; notification sending results are saved. If reminders fail, the case goes to review instead of auto-settling on an undelivered notice.
Q48 What if goods were not received, are wrong, or short?
File a dispute in the order, choosing not received, wrong goods, shortage, damage, or not-as-described, and upload evidence. The disputed portion pauses settlement; the confirmed undisputed portion may be handled per the rules.
Q49 Does passing the platform acceptance period end all remedies?
No. Auto-confirmation is a platform settlement node; it does not exclude fraud, non-delivery, hidden defects, applicable warranty, or rights enjoyed by law. The platform keeps complaint and review entries open.
Disputes & Breach Handling
Q50 Who handles disputes?
The platform designates customer service or a dispute handler to receive materials, notify both parties to provide evidence, and record the handling decision and reasons in the order; suppliers and intermediaries cannot delete disputes on their own.
Q51 What if the seller has no stock, refuses delivery, or falsifies materials?
Pause related batches and settlement; verify inventory, authorization, and payment records; handle cancellation, refund, and liability under the applicable agreement, and restrict publication or trading permissions as appropriate.
Q52 What if the winning buyer does not pay?
Remind and give a corresponding handling period under the rules, then cancel the hold or handle breach. Deposit deduction, fees, and relisting all follow pre-published rules and necessary review.
Q53 How are refunds handled?
Record the reason, amount, corresponding batch, and approval basis; refund through a suitable payment channel; adjust deposit, seller settlement, and commission together, distinguishing initiated refunds from actual arrival.
Sharing Commissions & Reviews
Q54 Who can share listings?
Anyone can share public pages; to earn commissions you must log in, complete promotion eligibility and necessary payment verification, and use an attributable dedicated link.
Q55 Does sharing guarantee a commission?
No. Per the applicable promotion agreement, valid attribution, and actually completed and settled qualifying orders; commission rates and disputed-attribution rules are shown before promotion.
Q56 What happens to commissions after refunds or cancellations?
Adjust per the actually valid transaction amount; not-yet-settled commissions are cancelled or reduced, settled ones are handled per the agreement via clawback. Orders not yet completed must not be shown as freely withdrawable.
Q57 When can I leave a review?
After actual transaction completion, buyers and sellers review delivery, condition, communication, etc. Reviews are not the sole payout condition; fictitious transactions for fake reviews are not allowed.
Q58 Do rule updates affect old orders?
Orders and authorizations keep the clause version, time, and evidence accepted at the time. New rules do not automatically retroactively change core terms of closed orders; major changes should be clearly notified and agreed per applicable requirements.
Authorization for Sourcing Publication & Sales
An intermediary publishing someone else's inventory must obtain an authorization signed by the owner and pass platform review. For the authorization process, the field table, and the downloadable template, see:Authorization for Sourcing Publication & Sales. Submitting a signed file does not mean automatic approval; an admin must review it manually.
Intermediaries publishing others' goods must obtain an authorization signed by the owner and pass platform review. See the authorization process, field list, and downloadable template here: Authorization for Sourcing Publication & Sales. Uploading a signed file does not equal automatic approval; manual admin review is required.

Version & Applicability
These rules do not replace specific batch announcements, contracts, or rights held by law; the platform must state the order of precedence of documents in advance and may not override core transaction terms with general clauses. Orders and authorizations retain the terms version, time, and evidence accepted at the time (see Q58). When support answers questions about missing parameters, the answer is "the terms published for that batch govern" — never invent numbers.
