DRAFT — NOT IN EFFECT
Authorization for Sourcing Publication & Sales Authorization for Sourcing Publication & Sales
Version V1.0 Draft · 2026-10-17
An intermediary publishing someone else's inventory must obtain an authorization signed by the inventory owner and pass platform review. Even after the signed file is submitted, an admin must still review it manually —submission does not mean automatic approval, and a submitted file alone can never be shown as "verified" or used to collect payment.
Intermediaries publishing others' goods must obtain an authorization signed by the owner and pass platform review. After uploading the signed file, manual admin review is still required. Uploading does not equal automatic approval; an upload alone must not show “verified” or permit collecting payments.

Print it, fill it in, and have both parties sign; or use a verified e-signature service to produce a downloadable signed file. This page has no online e-signature, upload form, or automatic verification, and provides no signature box posing as e-signature.

4. Review process
- The intermediary fills in the template; the owner checks and signs; the intermediary also signs to accept. A company signer records their title and basis of authority.
- Submit the signed file (by the Section 2 email route); uploading a signature image alone does not complete authorization verification.
- Admin manual review: verify both parties' identities, the goods-rights basis, the scope and validity of the authorization, and attachment completeness; when needed, request additional purchase certificates, warehouse proof, or current photos.
- The review result is notified by email: Approved / More Information Needed / Rejected, with the review status, reviewer, and date recorded and file versions retained.
- When an authorization expires, new transactions pause; completed orders keep the authorization evidence from their time and go to manual handling.
Intermediary completes the form; the owner reviews and signs; the intermediary signs acceptance; company signatories record title and basis of authority. Submit the signed file (Section 2). Uploading only a signature image does not complete verification. Admins manually review identity, ownership basis, scope, validity, and attachment completeness, and may request purchase receipts, warehouse proof, or current photos. Results (approved / more info needed / not approved) are sent by email with reviewer and date recorded and file versions kept. Expired authorization pauses new trading; completed orders keep the authorization evidence from the time and go to manual handling.
5. Privacy & public scope
ID documents, signatures, reserve prices, commission terms, and exact warehouse addresses are private and never published. Public display shows only the reviewed scope and status.
