Supplier FAQ
Answers to common questions about becoming a CradiMarket supplier.
Who can apply to become a supplier?
Manufacturers, brands, wholesalers, distributors, importers, warehouse operators, liquidators, and other qualified product suppliers may apply.
Do I need inventory in the United States?
U.S. inventory is preferred for faster fulfillment, but overseas and multi-warehouse suppliers may also apply. Approval depends on product fit, lead time, fulfillment capability, and platform review.
What product information do I need to provide?
Typical requirements include product title, SKU, category, brand, wholesale price, suggested retail price, MOQ, pack/case/pallet quantities, available inventory, warehouse location, dimensions, weight, images, packaging details, and shipping information.
Can I submit products by CSV or Excel?
Yes. CradiMarket supports structured product submissions through CSV or Excel. API or inventory-feed integration may be added for qualified suppliers with compatible systems.
How often should inventory be updated?
Inventory should be kept accurate. Suppliers may update daily, weekly, by file feed, by API, or by another approved method depending on volume and operating model.
Do you support neutral packaging, private label, or OEM?
Yes, when the supplier supports it. Please identify neutral packaging, private-label, OEM, customization fees, MOQ, and production lead times during onboarding.
Who sets the wholesale price?
Wholesale pricing is agreed during product onboarding. Suppliers should provide clear pricing by piece, pack, case, or pallet where applicable, together with MOQ and current inventory.
How does fulfillment work?
Orders may be fulfilled from the supplier's approved warehouse or through a CradiMarket/partner fulfillment location, depending on the supplier agreement and product setup.
How are orders tracked?
Approved orders move through inventory confirmation, picking, packing, shipping, tracking, delivery, and settlement. Tracking information should be returned to the platform promptly after shipment.
When do suppliers get paid?
Payment terms are determined by the supplier agreement, order type, fulfillment model, and reconciliation requirements. CradiMarket does not promise a fixed settlement period on this public page.
Are there marketplace or service fees?
Applicable marketplace, fulfillment, service, or transaction fees are disclosed during onboarding and reflected in the supplier agreement or order-specific terms.
Do I need brand authorization?
Suppliers are responsible for the authenticity and lawful sale of their products. Brand authorization, invoices, condition disclosures, or other supporting documents may be required where appropriate.
How are returns, claims, or damaged products handled?
Returns and claims are handled according to the applicable supplier agreement, product condition, shipping responsibility, and order terms.
What happens after I apply?
The standard path is: Application → Review → Verification → Supplier Onboarding → Product Submission → Product Review → Go Live → Orders → Fulfillment → Settlement → Repeat Orders.
Can I become a long-term strategic partner?
Yes. Qualified suppliers, warehouse operators, regional teams, and supply-chain partners may explore broader cooperation with CradiMarket after successful operating history and mutual review.
