Work Order Lookup · Beta (Demo)
How to look up
- Scan the QR code on the work order with your phone to get the work order number (e.g. WO-0001)
- Contact operations with the work order number to check the current status (manual lookup during the demo stage)
Work order statuses
- Awaiting frame / materials: the lab has accepted the work order and is waiting for the frame or lens materials
- In processing: processing in progress
- Awaiting QC: processing complete, waiting for quality inspection
- Awaiting shipment: QC passed, waiting to ship
- Shipped: handed to the carrier (tracking number recorded)
- Exception - returned by lab: QC failed or the lab returned it; action needed
Shipping status distinctions
The platform strictly distinguishes:Label created ≠ handed to carrier. Only when the parcel is actually handed to the carrier does it count as "shipped"; "carrier picked up" and "delivered" are tracked separately.
