How to fill in the form
Store Name: your public business name, exactly as on your storefront or Google listing.
Your Name: the owner or buyer we should talk to.
Email: an address you check daily.
Phone / WhatsApp: a number reachable for order questions.
City, State: where your store is.
What do you want to buy: product types or quantities — one line is fine.
