- Missing information to complete: when an order has missing items, operations notifies you; processing starts only after they are completed
- Quote to confirm: after a manual quote for progressive / special lenses, you are notified to confirm
- Delivery to confirm: after shipping, you are notified to sign for delivery
Order progress lookup
During the beta, contact operations with the order tracking number (e.g. ORD-20261001-001) to check progress. The page reserves an upgrade slot; once the customer-account plugin is connected, self-service lookup will be available.

Data notes
