Custom lens processing collaboration services for US optometry clinics, ophthalmology clinics with optical departments, and eyewear stores (demo introduction).
Three service entries
1. Standard single-vision lens processing
Custom processing of standard single-vision lenses, supporting multiple refractive indices and coatings.
2. Lens replacement in the customer's own frame
The customer provides their own frame; only the lenses are processed and replaced. A frame photo upload and receiving inspection are required.
3. Complete frame + lens dispensing
Choose a style from the platform frame catalog; frame + lenses are made as a complete set.
Note: progressive and special lenses are "manual review & quote" and are not auto-accepted for now.
Collaboration process (5 steps)
- Clinic submits: the five-step form captures the prescription and processing requirements
- Platform confirms: manual review of the prescription version and confirmation of processing requirements
- Lab accepts the order: a processing lab is assigned and a work order (with QR code) is generated
- Quality inspection: only after passing QC does it move to shipping
- Shipping: the tracking number is recorded on the order and the clinic signs for delivery
